The easiest facilities are, imho, as follows:
>Battle Factory>Battle PikeYou outright don't need perfect IVs for these two above. Easiest of the bunch by far. Both kinda luck based but still easy enough.
>Battle Dome>Battle Arena>Battle PyramidThe pyramid can be tricky, mainly because the wild Pokemon inside are fucking annoying. If you get good items though, it's not that bad. Reaching the brain is harder than actually defeating him. I'd say that you only need a fast pokemon with perfect speed IV in order to make it easier.
>Battle PalaceNo this is a fucking bitch. The amount of luck based RNG bullshit you will encounter in the palace is a god damn nightmare. You can get lucky very sparsely but fuck, don't count on it.
>Battle TowerAnd this. This fucking facility will break you. This is where you need the absolute best Pokemon you can get. Not only is reaching Anabel impossibly hard because of how many bullshit teams you will encounter, pseudos, legendaries, RNG bullshit where you miss 100 accuracy attacks only to immediately get rekt 3 times in a row by 1HKO attacks, but Anabel's team is also a fucking bitch. Both of them, Alakazam with the elemental punches is a nightmare, Latios with perfect IVs is a nightmare, but fucking hell CURSELAX is so god damn ridiculously OP in Gen 3 it's horrendous. If you don't have good pokemon you will get destroyed before you even reach her. And once you miraculously do (highly doubt it) you will crash unto a wall so hard you will dread having to breed good pokemon in Gen 3.
Start getting dittos by the hundreds. It's easy with a Magikarp that only knows Spalsh and a false swipe mon (Sceptile and Ninjask learn it by leveling up). The old guy in the frontier will be useful as well. Everstone breeding, resetting before getting an egg, the cloning glitch for rare candies and TMs, etc.
