Is there any lore reason why taunt isn't learnable by every mon?
Or is it only because every mon having taunt would be a headache for balance?

Most of the pokemon that can learn taunt are either predatory or humanoid, so I assume it has to with being to physically able taunt the opponent.

Anyone can taunt, but only a few can do it well. Sort of related, but I'm glad Toxic distribution got fixed.

Not a clone, it's literally from League. It's an auto-chess game that uses all the assets from League.
They make these "Tacticians" you use as your avatar while playing it. Each one comes with like 6-8 different texture swaps in 3 levels each to make them look different and throw in some lootbox rolling stuff.
