Left is teacher working at an "elite school" private (is it private) which in reality is only just a bit better than the probably shit public schools. Even in a probably private elite school where you'd think they'd crack down on it with pint point accuracy and urgency, bullying is so rampant that it caused actually faculty quitting, disorder and students being hurt/expelled/withdrawn whatever.
This is shockingly accurate to life.
