All wild pokemon should have perfect IVs and a beneficial nature. Also, you should be able to just click on them once and it automatically catches them.

Modern Pokemon has literally all the tools so you don't do this
Mints for Natures, Bottlecaps for IVs, Berries and Vitamins for EVs, and Ability Capsules for Hidden Abilities.
