Tough Claws, it does the same thing as Sheer Force with no drawbacks.

Sheer Force is busted in a vacuum but in practice it falls short because it's mostly on physical attackers and most physical moves don't get applicable bonuses. So you have physical Pokémon like Conkeldurr, Braviary, Druddigon who don't really make use of it and others like Nidoking who need to go special despite being physically oriented statwise. Even some like Tauros or Rampardos who need to go mixed despite a pathetic special attacking stat to bring out its full potential and have essential coverage like Earthquake left unboosted.

Even for Darmanitan it's good but could be better. It only boosts Flare Blitz and Rock Slide, its other staple moves like Earthquake, U-turn and Superpower are unaffected.

Depends on the moveset or if its choiced. Otherwise it gets bullied with HJK and Play Rough, especially if it uses its tera to become steel or normal
