What about a PMD game where you ARE the amnesiac Koraidon/Miraidon with the twist at the end being you were never human, were created by the mystery Disk Legendary, and your partner was misleading you the whole game?

Are you talking about the portrait sets? There's a couple people who make them. Some people involved with Skytemple made a process that lets you automatically view and submit sprite sheets that can be put into Explorers of Sky. I've made a couple myself but mine aren't very good.
