Pokemon of the type would be more traditionally heroic, with Pokemon that have good natured intentions at heart also representing the type, Palafin would be an obvious candidate to become Water/Good, while Chansey's line could get the Clefable treatment and become mono Good, and Miltank would be reclassified as Normal/Good, and so on.
New Pokemon could be based on classical heroes, delve more deep into superhero tropes, or be Pokemon that exist to help others. Maybe even base Good-type Pokemon on difficult jobs like a firefighter or policeman.
Between the possible balance changes, filling a pretty large gap in Pokemon's elemental roster, and the loads of possible inspirations for new pokemon makes the Good type a good type to consider.
