Can I transfer my mons to Box RS, Colosseum and XD if I use a Wii instead of a GC?
Also, do I need a GBA, SP or GBMicro to do so, or can I use a DS or Lite?

You need a GBA, the DS/DS lite don't have the port for any of the cables required to use Box/Colluseum/XD.

yes

you need a GBA to GameCube link cable.
the DS doesn't have the slot the GBA link cable connects to so you can't use it
I don't know if the micro does but I know the GBA and GBA SP do.

I'm curious to how you have a copy of Pokemon Box, which was only sold for 12 minutes in NYC Pokemon Center 20 years ago, but don't know anything about how to use it.

Ranch is pretty shit in that you can only send Pokemon back to the original game you sent it there with though
Forgot how Revolution works but I'm pretty sure it just copies your Pokemon to make a trainer card with them

The Micro does not. It being incompatible with GBA peripherals is part of the reason it died so quickly, besides the obvious "releasing a new version of a past-gen console after releasing a new gen console that has backwards compatibility" thing.

I don't think you can even use tge eReader on the SP. It only works on the original GBA because the hardware uses the link cable port and assume it will be next to the cartridge slot

Because it's rare. It's nice to be able to transfer between the gba games with it but I honestly doubt there's that many people who are buying Box for its intended purpose.
It's way cheaper over here but I still pirated it because I wouldn't pay £50-£100 for what's essentially a utility app.

Wii should work so long as it's one with the GameCube controller and memory card ports. And you need a GBA of some type that has a link port. OG and SP do, idk about Micro. Nothing DS has a link port. You also need a GBA-GC link cable.

Game Boy Player has the actual GBA hardware inside. Box RS has the Ruby and Sapphire roms on the disc. So Game Boy Player is better. Some people recommend using GBI software if your Gamecube is modded.

Not every copy but ColoBox bundles and even Box by itself aren't that expensive here. They run about 70-120 for a CIB copy whereas in the US a Pokémon Box CIB is unironically over a thousand dollars, not even sealed or graded or nothing.

no but if you have an e-reader you can just print the cards on high quality paper and they should scan, they're just barcodes so it's pretty easy to do.
You can even make custom modded e-reader cards, like making a custom trainer for R/S. There's a pretty big community of Animal Crossing fans who use this to make custom villagers that can run on unmodified hardware.

So there's no way to hack the signals being sent to GBA cartridges so to say an e-reader was scanned and thus unlock those new opponents and berries in RSE unless I have the thing and it's expensive af?

there are actually certain things like the berries and opponents which i believe can actually be scanned into an emulated save file, then you could take that save and put it on the cart.
>dump save from card to file
>load save into MGBA
>scan the ereader card you want in the emulator
>save the game
>restore the save file to the cartridge
just keep in mind Emerald doesnt have ereader functionality at all so those berries and opponents are exclusive to Ruby/Sapphire.
