Cinderace had Iron Head but I think that was more of a "haha Soccer players use their head" than a deliberate Fairy Counter, because Gunk Shot would've been better for that. And Charizard probably would've had Solar Beam if it was just aiming to be difficult. I think they try to keep em relatively on theme. That said, I expect the extra moves it gets to be Taunt or Double Team, or maybe Rain Dance
So Clear Smog or a fast Taunt may be necessary. Those two moves (if you don't counter them, just like Bulk Up on Cinderace) would make Greninja plenty difficult without being impossible on the coverage end of things. Then they can have Gastrodon and Tinkaton 4-5 star raid duo to "help counter" the 7 star
Could be wrong though, I don't have an uncle working at Game Freak
