It gives me quite a bit of second-hand embarrassment to witness supposed adults swear by a style of comedy that I myself had moved on from nearly 2 full decades ago. That uncouth sense of humor they adore is reminiscent of my most immature years as a youth, so I envision these kinds of /vp/ denizens to be very immature youth themselves, most likely disobeying the most important stipulation acquiesced when conversing on 4channel: To be of or over the age of 18.
In other words, "cringe," as it's called.
