>>52973124Since the site doesn't have support past SwSh, I did it twice. Once by simply using the site, and then once with image editing to apply the hisuian/gen9 mons.
I feel kind of bad by how Iron Treads got snubbed in both Ground and Steel. Because while I like Donphan, I really do love Iron Treads. But I can't deny how I love Tinkaton more, and while Iron Treads almost beat Clodsire, I feel like I had to give it to Clodsire anyway. In spite of how it snubs Iron Treads completely.
I also considered whether or not Grimmsnarl could get a double by placing in the Fairy slot as well, but Tinkaton really embodies the fae-trickery far too well. She not only looks mischievous and short of temper, but she always looks like she is having a blast whenever she does something too. And even in the pre-gen9 chart, I've got a special love for Togekiss and its entire line, and have loved them since they were first introduced. And I super love how Togepi evolved into a flying type. And while it wasn't Fairy type initially, had Crobat straight up not been my favourite pokemon in all of Pokemon, Togekiss would be my favourite flying type. And I loved that Togetic and Togekiss could even learn fly. Togekiss especially seems extremely comfortable and fun to fly around on. I used to have both it and Crobat in my party, with fly on both, and alternate which one I actually used to fly with.
So Grimmsnarl just stands no chance and just gets the Dark spot.
I also kind of struggled whether or not to enter Pawmo or Pawmot. I really do love both quite equally. Ultimately I decided on Pawmo though I am still a bit unsure on that decision. Pawmot comes across as softer and friendlier to me, and I like its large size. But I also really love how Pawmo comes across as a bit more of a tryhard while still having a friendly air about it. And how it wobbles around, having learned how to walk while still being a bit unstable on its legs.
I almost put it as my favourite fighting type too.
