Also weird because the flower doesn't look like that in game. This makes it look more like a bulb. I know the dex entry mentions that the cape is somehow reflective and hides the stalk to the flower so it looks like it's floating, but here it just looks like it's not even apparent though. You'd think there'd be a hint of it in the drawing. Also I never noticed how its wrists and paws look a lot like a lynx so I guess it was based on that after all

I don't even get why some of these are traced at all. They always just clean up one of the basic poses from the model sheets any way, and most of these probably are just that, so why not just do that like usual for all of them?

This has the same diagonal "strokes" that Lokix and Nymble do. The issue isn't exclusive to these pokemon but I'd hazard a guess that this artist is particularly poor at dynamism.

I still simply cannot comprehend why this mon has 3 instead of 1 stages. Stage 1 to 2 is literally just "it stands up" and it gets a little player. Not even "it get's bigger", it just really just goes from walking on all 4 to walking on its hind legs. Just fucking baffling.
