There also won't be a normal type evo of Eevee, as Eevee's the Normal type representative of the family (as evidenced buy it evolving into different types). Its 'Dex entries support that (an unstable genetic code, liable to react to stimuli) and if its code begins reacting to the point of evolution, why would it retain that same genetic make-up? Why wouldn't it undergo a drastic change, which holds true to its species' nature?
