Personally I think that it would be really cool to have a Pokémon game where we come across a species from another planet that has their own Pokémon analogs, and nobody is really sure to actually call them Pokémon or not. They've been playing with that concept since at least generation 7, since the UBs may not be Pokémon and now we have paradox Pokémon that may not actually be Pokémon. I think it would be actually pretty awesome to have something weird where this alien species brings their own "Pokemon" and some of them are alternate space versions of ones we know, like Clefairy, but others are something completely new. And would be a good opportunity to introduce a new gimmick with typings or something like that, maybe a new type or something akin to shadow Pokémon. Ultra Beasts and the Recon Squad don't really count as aliens because they're technically interdimensional and from alternate timelines / parallel dimensions. It's not the same as an actual alien planet with its own ecology
