These decks are essentially pre-built for the player and hurt the diversity of decks you could see in the game otherwise.
Shitty players will always look up and use only the most broken decks which sucks for the people who play them (they are now forced to play the same broken shit to compete) and honestly it sucks for the player of these op decks. They are loosing out on the fun of being creative and building something new with in the games framework.
And for the cherry on top, the best decks are often the most simple decks you can play. Every match is the same no matter the opponent, the same set up and same way to attack.
This is not the same with non-meta decks. You will often have to change up your gameplan depending on the opponent or what you draw.
