Unown only needs hidden power psychic to dominate in DNU.
Turns out when your opponents are 249 bst or lower shitmons and luvdisc having 72 special attack is pretty good.
Not that the tier is popular enough to have a ladder, but if you really wanted to find a home for it there's a place.
