>>53013420He spends most of his time indoors with me but otherwise he sits in either my or our neighbours fenced in backgardens (lots of animal owners round here - one of the gardens has a giant bird cage thing with heaters and stuff around it, he likes to sit underneath that where it's warm sometimes, house owner doesn't mind since birds are safe from him anyways).
The fences keep him safe but they don't keep him contained since like any cat he just fucking jumps/climbs up them lmao.
Cats are inquisitive and athletic predators by nature and it's cruel to never let them outside. I don't live in the USA so maybe it's a little different for you, but my area is safe and full of animal lovers. It's cute seeing a few of the cats meeting up in someone's garden occasionally.
