Do you think Gamefreak will have an idea of making a regional form of a Pokémon who doesn't get an evolution like the base one (A regional Machoke who can't evolve at all for example)? Maybe they'll make them slightly stronger than the base counterparts without being on the same level as the evolutions BST-wise...
