>>53014247>Bite was a normal physical move in gen 1Correct, because then it was the Pokemon actually biting. Was this supposed to be the gotcha?
>lolSo you're admitting it?
>Crunch is the same power on a better type and lowers the proper defensive statAnd your point is...?
Dark Pokemon pre-split were still running vastly better and more interesting movesets than post-split, in part because Crunch was both not the best distributed move and because for Pokemon that did learn Crunch they still did other things. Houndoom didn't even run Crunch on most of its sets in Gen 3, for instance.
>lmao at your attempt to say we "changed the goalposts"But you did...?
You didn't understand what the chain of replies was about and interjected because you wanted to catch me on a technical error, as that's all you can actually do instead of arguing against me (and losing). This comment chain primarily dealt with Gengar's avenues of attack, it loss 3 (the elemental punches) and even if you say it gained its STABs that is still strictly worse, the worse coverage of Ghost/Poison compared to Fire/Ice/Electric notwithstanding. Obviously, sure, the elemental punches aren't offensive potential in its own type, not that Gengar even lacked that pre-split honestly, but the message I was delivering was fairly clear. Try again, zoomer.
>>53014273>using post-split dataTypical. Mind showing the XD/Colo ones next?
>>53014288>DUDE GENGAR TOTALLY DIDN'T GET WORSE FROM THE SPLIT>JUST IGNORE IT LOST ALL THIS COVERAGE BECAUSE UHH, THEY'RE 75 BP SO FOR SOME REASON THAT MEANS THEY DON'T COUNT>>53014291See above. Are you reduced to stealing arguments from your fellow troons?
>>53014312>Are Kingler, Absol, and Gengar just shit out of luckOh look, another dumb nigger that thinks Gengar was bad back in the day.
Why are zoomers so unwilling to learn from the past? Is it because they considered themselves men back then and think they are women now?
