Should I evolve my Jigglypuff now?
I started over earlier with Bulbasaur (which is now a Ivysaur) and only have 3 mons: Spearow, Jigglypuff & Ivysaur. but haven't attempt to catch anything much in Mt Moon or Viridian Forest either i reached Cerulean City but haven't gone toward the gym or the bridge yet.
