Nah, it's actually interesting because Pokemon TCG was so insanely broken that you didn't need to netdeck to realize you can draw your entire deck on turn 1. It'd be quite interesting to see what's the relation between age and game knowledge.

I did know how to play the TCG as a kid, but I didn't play enough to actually get good at it. It was fun for what it was. I play Magic nowadays.
