She's also a computer expert and likely a pro gamer as well in her spare time. She is sophisticated, and well mannered. She isn't like those other bimbos who can't think for themselves. Penny is a true intellectual.

She probably has a very high IQ which is more than you can say for any other Pokegirl. They lack the intellect to stand on the same level as Penny. They are quite simply beneath her and you can't deny this.
