Her mannerisms and actions imply being older than someone like Cyllene (who is likely 27, like Cyrus was when we first met him to further intertwine Legends with DDPt/BDSP's story), but not so old she's menopausal. There's also the issue of where her sanctuary is - situated right where Celestic town appears in Sinnoh and implied to be ruled by one clan since its founding - the family that begat Cynthia. So she has to be biologically young enough to still be able to have kids before being annointed for her mission and being in her 40's before being selected kinda points away from that.
