Well actually you can keep the random overworld OCs as they do breathe a little life into the empty ass Johto/Kanto, but for fuck sake drop them from the E4 and main game quests. Ask Rangi to help you add the QoL improvements he made to Polished Crystal: Running Shoes, Gen 3 box, unlimited TMs, etc, to Crystal Clear. Open the source code and help him implement some of the things you've made in you hack: following Pokémon, create a character, etc.
