these are both worse than klinklang and palafin which actually have a reason to be basically the same when they evolve.
and no, dudunsparce doesn't have a reason because "it's a joke haha" they could make it a joke without it being this explicitly lazy. it's a slap in the face, but it's not a joke pokemon.
