I'll start. "Abstract/Alien Psychic Type" is my favorite design trope, and I want more of them.
The only thing I'd change about them is keeping them from appearing in "normal" areas.

Bug and Grass types should be much more common. Ghost should be the most common type since they crossed the line and admitted they're undead spirits.

if I could change anything in pokemon in whatever way I wanted with no restrictions, I would change the abilities of Eevee and its evolutions.

>Glaceon: Refrigerate
>Sylveon: Pixellate
and for the rest I'd add new abilities, I'm sure you can guess what they'd do

Ghost should go back to being the rarest type. One of the reasons it has so many banger designs early on was they didn't bloat them.

Pokemon Masters has a nice core battle system. It feels more like a typical JRPG where you recruit and play as characters who come with their own subset of traits (where regular games have a-lot of freedom in what Pokemon you use and what moves you teach them). If only it wasn't just gacha.
