>>53058964That bulk is good I'll agree, and Water Tera can be good, but I don't think that'll be enough to push it over the edge, especially since that Water Tera makes it lose both a Volt immunity AND a Ghost immunity, two things that it REALLY likes having
>>53058973Being absurdly strong isn't enough on its own. Something like Conk or SM Hoopa-U have also had an insane level of power, but both of those have been held back by the same thing URsaluna will be held back by: speed (And I know someone is gonna bring up ORAS Hoopa-U but that shit hit on both sides so it didn't even have pivots, something that Ursaluna will def have)
Like great you OHKO everything, but a bunch of stuff can kill back and your ass is also on a timer, especially in a meta where hazards go up and can stay up and Ice/Fighting/Water moves are EVERYWHERE (and if you Tera Water, now you're vulnerable to the really strong Ghosts that hit on its weaker Spdef)
I ain't saying it's gonna be bad, but I think it absolutely isn't gonna be Ubers. Realistically we're looking at an A-/B+ mon in OU at absolute best, and a lil below that at worst
>>53059003If it's running Bulletproof it's missing Guts and thus it misses out on a LOT of shit
>>53059016I think it'll have a small niche in OU but it'll probably be way bigger in lower tiers. Those defenses and that speed tier hold it back extremely hard.
Fuck it, here's my list of the Hisuan mons I believe will be OU in some capacity
>Ursaluna (has issues but hits like a fucking dump truck. Low A/High B at best, but it aint' dropping below B ranks)>Goodra-Hisui (Special tank that pivots into a ton of shit. Being immune to Toxic and resisting Rocks will be really nice for it. Probably hover around the low B high C ranks at best. Likely to drop to UU at some point)
