Hattarene, Rotom Mow. Rotom Wash and Gholdengo work as well but are a bit riskier. Hattarene (ideally with 200+ defense investment) is by far the strongest counter, followed by Rotom Mow, but just about anything with a choice scarf/specs trick set can do the job. There are probably more that I'm not thinking about.

Skeledirge, shockingly enough, also EVENTUALLY wins against Garganacl if its full physical investment but it takes a long time and will exhaust the croc so much that it'll basically be a 1 for 1 trade that's dependent on a prediction.
