I would make a book pokemon based off of pop-up books, similar to this fakemon but based off of fairytales. Favourite normal type is Tandemaus/Maushold and favourite fairy type is Clefairy.

Maybe a mon based on a Great Skua, could be either water (seabird) or dark (kleptoparasitism)
My favourite of the types though is definitely Pelipper.

I would like to make a Ginkgo tree related pokemon since I think the tree itself is neat as a "living fossil" and it would be cool worked into a pokemon somehow. Type would be Grass/Rock. Favorite Grass type is Swadloon and favorite Rock type is Onix.

I'd make it a little samurai fella with a big frown on it's mask that it flips upside down into a cheeky grin. It deceives people into believing it's a noble samurai then the moment it's prey try to fight it normally it kicks sand in their eyes or bites them. Major inspiration would be Musashi Miyamoto and it would probably have his crazy bug eyes
