Take away Fly and i guarantee you'll never use one pre-gen 6. Its movepool is absolutely awful for what it tries to be (special sweeper), so i propose it gets more special moves like silver wind, icy wind and shadow ball (most normal types can learn it).
>FurretBuff its speed by 20 points to make it a fast Follow Me receptacle in doubles. It had a niche in Colosseum and i think with better stats it could function the same in VGC.
>BibarelBuff its HP by 15 points and give it access to Dragon Dance. If a loach and a crayfish can do it, then a beaver should too.
