Nothing stopping them adding Hisuian support in february with Home, then adding Peat Blocks, the move tutors to teach Stantler et al their evogrind moves and allowing kids who didn't have a game or system prior to SV evolving their own Wyrdeer/similar. Theey are now part of the rotation potential, due to not actually evolving from a regionally-exclusive pokémon (like Perrserker/Alolan Persian).
