Mr. Jacq gives out the certificate for Pokédex completion, but wait a second! Why does he know about the other paradox Pokémon?!?

Think through all the other regions. Every other region prior either explicitly showed that all legendaries technically existed in your home universe or it was at least possible.

Using the most current versions of each region:

Kanto: No version exclusive legendaries.
Johto: No version exclusives legendaries.
Hoenn: Version exclusives clearly exist in your home universe.
Sinnoh: Version exclusives clearly exist in your home universe.
Unova: Version exclusives clearly exist in your home universe.
Kalos: Version exclusives clearly exist in your home universe.
Alola: The main legendaries clearly exist in your home universe. No reason all the ultra beast couldn’t exist in your universe.
Galar: Version exclusives clearly exist in your home universe.
Hisui: All Pokémon are catchable in your home universe.
Paldea: The version exclusive paradox mons only exist in your universe based on the time machine pulling from either the past or the future.

So, either the lore is completely a paradox or there is something big we haven’t been told. What are they hidding?

The other version's Paradoxes exist in Occulture, so presumably he just made room in his dex in the case that they cropped up somewhere.

The idea of "pokedex completion" has never made sense to me, even in the prior games. If the professor knows that there are exactly 400 pokemon in the region, and knows which species they are, what is the player doing by catching them all? How does it benefit the professor to have a box full of pokemon that he already knows exist, and has already documented?
Legends Arceus is the only game that avoids this, because the pokedex there is literally a field report written by the protagonist.

I always assumed the dex had some sort of AI in it analyzing and generating a report on the mons we catch.
There'd be no point in having us fill out the dex otherwise, and some mons like Deoxys or the UBs wouldn't have data to pull from until we catch them.

Going off the Pokedex, the opposite paradox mons don't actually exist, they're only cryptids talked about in tabloids, since your version of the book only focuses on the mons you can find yourself.
I guess that means Jacq reads Occulture, saw these cryptids and went "seems legit" and gave them pages on the Pokedex.

But ultimately I think it's more of a gameplay thing, like, the NPCs of the story never freak out even when the PC catches box legends, you'd think the PC getting them and mythicals would be a major event.
The same can be said for SV, the professor literally abandons Arven to get high in Area Zero because their neighbors saw your Raidon ONE time, meanwhile you're free to ride that fucking thing around Paldea and no one even comments on it, despite it being a Pokemon literally no one except Arven has ever seen before.

All the paradox Mon existed in Area Zero 200 years ago when Heath went there and registered them in they book.
In current days, only the last or future exist because they were brought by the professor machine

no they didn't or people besides heath would have found them, there were only normal pokemon in the crater till the professor shows up, thats why he makes the time machine in the first place, cuz the crater was empty.
