Talk to all trainers again after you battle them
Remember you have solutions to fights that wall you. Move relearner, Thief, statuses, buffs/debuffs, those type reducing berries, whatever.
Never feel bad about rotating mons out, as that is intentional
Give shitty-looking mons a try too, you might find a new favorite or run carry
