the most annoying thing about it to me isnt even a thing that matters but just that diancie was very obviously going to be a dawn stone evolution of carbink but got changed to a mythical last second, its borderline a normal pokemon that just got its stats bumped up to 600 for no reason other then i guess plans just changed last second due to the games being rushed and was probably going to be dianthas acemon too, they literally had to give it a mega in oras to make it an actually unique mon since it had literally nothing that made it special before and is the only gen 6 mon to have a mega likely just because of it being the easy way out to retcon her to hold some form of uniqueness

You can't posisbly know that and the movies and shit are planned years in advance, of which the first XY movie was the Diancie one. However I do believe that there was a change of plans somewhere else the mega lati would not be programmed into XY before we even knew ORAS existed

It's painfully obvious that Kalos is missing an XZ & YZ upgrade that would have expanded more on a bunch of the mysteries that the base games never touched on. It's hilarious to me when gen 6 fans freak out about the regions being called unfinished when people are clearly talking about details like Anistar City and the unopenable doors in the desert (IIRC - they're somewhere) and not specifically about the route layouts themselves, which are quite nice.

PLA isn't set in the two regions I called out. SV is a pale imitation of it. Both support Dexit. They, SwSh, and LGPE are tied for worst Pokemon game and I'm including all romhacks, bootlegs, and unfinished RPG Maker projects.
