People actually like this character? Really? Another Mary Sue type. Hurr I am a gurrrl and I can kick ass. Smug smile and cape to appear cool. Gamefreak made her a "master" of Dragon type Pokémon because dragons in Pokémon have been historically the rarest and strongest type and this will be connected to this character so you see her as an empowered girl. Kinda sad how Gamefreak does these things nowadays, like having some ugly cosplaying female with literally no redeeming quality or backstory to suggest competence and then artificially boosting her to be the champ. Most kids won't be able to identify as Zinnia because most gamers are male. This is the idea they get for a woman. When they grow up they'll fail with women because no woman will ever be like this or aspire to be like her, they will either be cute and silent or obnoxious. No wonder the Japanese are going extinct. Neckbeards will defend her because they have something new to jerk to
