These are all the Pokemon that have appeared in EVERY game since Dexit. Only classic Gen Pokemon (1-4) are Uncullable due to BDSP, and only those that appear within PLA’s limited dex can qualify. So,

Personally I think a lot of the Sinnoh mons will get shaken off, and that Spheal and Rhyhorn will become uncullable.
