Koraidon in particular could easily be tweaked with Dex entries that imply a greater degree of actual fighting technique, like saying it used to wrestle with ancient monsters, or was rumored to have taught early warriors how to fight. Perhaps at least some sort of Aura connection if they were feeling lazy. Being able to get Aura Sphere from a TM, even if it's off only 80 special attack, would at least imply a greater connection there.
Paldean Tauros in turn could potentially work if greater emphasis was placed on the idea of bull-fighting with it, and giving it the attitude of the matador rather than the raging bull. Swap out Anger point for another ability and give it moves like Counter and Detect that put a focus on it being more cautious. That still isn't great, but as it stands Paldean Tauros is just described as muscular and fierce, which is the same as most other Tauros dex entries.
Slither Wing and Great Tusk should have types changed entirely. I would say Bug/Ground for the former, since Earthquake or Stomping Tantrum is still plenty primal. Then perhaps Ground/Normal for the latter, to let it represent that brute force with powerful STAB normal attacks, or if Gamefreak really wanted to avoid Normal type Paradox mons, then I could also see Ground/Dark, focusing on moves like Brutal Swing or Knock Off as a way to represent it being a highly aggressive brute.
While I do think it is possible to have Fighting types that aren't just humanoid martial artists, it feels like little to no effort was made to try and justify it for some of Gen 9's designs.
