How the fuck does RNG work /vp/? Hydro pump has 80% accuracy meaning if you use it 5 times it hits at least 4 times. I just missed it 3 times in a row.

RNG in Pokemon doesn't have a counting system, it's just RAW rng.
it is possible to miss a move forever unless it has 100 or 0 accuracy
it is possible to get your 6 Pokemon frozen by Ice Beam àla suite
and it is possible to use Protect forever with Harvest and Leppa Berry (today I learned Harvest was in Gen 5, wtf)

Every single game, not just Pokémon which utilizes RNG always seems to love repeating the same uncommon chance at least once or twice, maybe thrice.
