Protean is nerfed. Not the frog. Still has its speed and large movepool and now has Tera to help it. Hell the fucking thing is at lv 100, its already fully battle ready with no training needed. Even zard and the rabbit didnt get that, so yeah someone at the company is jacking off the frog hard.

I just got Greninja. Took FOREVER.
