I've had a lot of success on VGC and OU with Glimmora. Stealth Rock/Mortal Spin/Spiky Shield/Reflect. Don't sent it out against mons with Earthquake and play it smart and you have a pretty invaluable support mon. Hazard setter, remover, and screens all in one mon. Of course it isn't gonna get any kills or be your tank, but combine it with Hex Dragapult and you got yourself a pretty solid strat.

The entirety of the top 10 of OU are hazardous to Glimmora's viability and the only reason it isn't in the depths of UU-RU is because of the dexcut.

Glimmora shines in VGC cause VGC players don't know how to play around hazards because normally they're never used. With Glimmora you can passively set T-spikes while using screens or other support moves to assist your Ally.
