Lets have a fun thread: what would your team be if pokemon were real and why. Just one rule, you can’t have any legendaries where there’s canonically only one of them. My team is pic related for the following
>Zoroark: favorite pokemon, ace of my team
>Gardevoir: space time shenanigans and dedicated mega
>Rotom: swiss army knife of electronics and adaptable to any opponent
>Silvally: same reason as Rotom
>Blastoise: water supply for adventures and dedicated gmax
>Koraidon: ride mon to get anywhere

So, from the city I might find a feline Pokémon, preferably Purloin, and a flyer, preferably Zubat and not the obvious Pidove. From the forest, I would like a bug type like Sewaddle. From the river I would love a Magikarp, however, I wouldn't be able to provide a confortable space for it

I always enjoy these threads even if my answer always stay the same. I just want a comfy existence, be able to afford a small apartment with my fiance and continue my job in the library. We live in Canada so affording a house is not even possible for our income (if you know you know).

To answer your question, we would only need one pokemon each, our favourites. I would pick Maushold and my fiance would pick Machamp. Maushold could help shelve some materials in the library and assist me with the children's library programs. The baby mice would probably love to do arts and crafts all day. Fiance would pick Machamp because he likes to work out and it could probably help him at work too.

I don't really like this mon that much but I love dogs and I could see myself running into a Maschiff and befriending it. I feel that it would be very loyal and important to have around.

Another pokemon I'm not a huge fan of but something I would probably have as a Litleo because it's close to a cat and I like cats. Since its a lion it would also be powerful and could also provide heat

A bit out there but Snover are very friendly. I could see myself befriending one as a child and growing up along with it. Abomasnow is cool and strong and could provide cool air if I need it
>Corviknight
Strong, cool, useful for air travel, and Rookidee are very common. Very good for protection as well
>Golduck
First water type to come to mind, it is a very good swimmer so it's good for water transport and it has useful psychic powers. Psyduck are also pretty common

I greatly enjoy nature and am a bit of a stoner so I can see myself owning one to take the edge off a hard day. I also loved the creepypasta lore surrounding it. I never realized as kid this thing is a fucking zombie.

Assuming i'm from sinnoh because it's the first region i played in. Getting a magicarp to start with seems like a decent first move since you can capture it pretty much completely safely or buy one for cheap. It won't really be able to battle but you can hide behind it while you throw pokeballs at slightly more capable mons.

I like dogs and wouldn't plan on battling competitively, I'd probably just do it for fun every once in a while and to keep them from getting rusty, these two would be able to hangout outside of their pokeballs basically at all times too. Also if they can't or don't want to come to work with me, they should be fine to hangout at home without accidentally lighting it on fire or leveling the neighborhood.
If I'm not at home or work I'm pretty much always out hiking/camping/etc so they should be pretty good companions for that

I mean it's a solid tactic. You could even get 2 or 3 Magicarps to extend the amount of time you have to chuck pokeballs at whatever you're going for

Dragapult: ultimate transportation pokemon due to its speed and projectile attacks, plus just great pokemon overall

Alakazam: teleporting anywhere, 5000+ IQ for awesome planning. We literally rob banks via teleportation

Excadrill or Steelix, likely Steelix. One in my lineup the other at least in PC depending on needs, but Excadrill’s tunneling at 90mph is great for robbing banks and making shelter and mining diamonds etc. Steelix not as precise but more muscle and defense, good to have a bus size bromon esp since my team kinda lacks bulk

Pawmot: cute, bro, great typing, great physical offense and speed, can revive us

Blastoise: my first pokemon, OG bro, love him so much
