theyre some of the only pokemon with apposable thumbs along with 4 other fingers and seem to bare some sort of cognition
mimey intergrating himself into society as a member if ash's family to the point where he understands the concept of tools and clothing (cleaning supplies and the occasional apron) and literally tries to hitchike in one of the newer episodes
jynx doesnt have as many clear cut examples but the fact thay the pokedex says they "mimic" human language which is apparently under study, if thats not "literally human" enough idk what is
