Newfag ESL here, I was watching some Youtube videos and the guy said something along the lines that a certain Pokemon was shit in competitive because it was very weak against this move but that it was amazing in VGC because this move doesn't matter there but he said like it was something obvious that didn't need to be explained.
So, yeah, why is that?
