What this site is doing is shitty but I don't know if there's anything illegal about it. If Joe can do something about it, but just doesn't, then that's just typical of him. Won't update his site so it doesn't look like shit, won't update historic errors, I can go on.
You know what, fuck it, this bit MAY be personal. He won't let someone else do the banner design for the top of the site, even though he knows at least 5 people who do that shit professionally, could do something infinitely more aesthetically pleasing in less than 2 hours and probably won't even charge him for it because 2 of them are basically family.
