Trainer goes on a pokemon journey through the mountain lands, trying to uncover (something). Lots of old building, old temples, occasional hermit priests. Lots of old Japanese culture. A good amount of classic samurai movie influences. Trainer finds the treasure pretty quickly, like second episode, because it's been found, it's empty, why would anyone leave treasure just lying there when they could go back and take it. So Trainer has to do things like catalogue the inscriptions in the old temples, fight the pokemon in the way, etc. And then there's the temple kids, who pokemon battle trying to run him off. Tense showdowns in the streets and allyways.
As for not straight-up porn, OK, but the occasional wardrobe near-malfunction, or making fun of some of the humans would be a good idea. Misty mudwrestling magazine, with Misty in her black Team Rocket swimsuit, just a series of photographs taken during a thing that happened and printed in a magazine. Iono's line of merch is straightjackets and pills for humans. Plus whatever would be funny with the humans Trainer encounters along the way.
