>>53120397>>53120411The issue is that the games already have a level scaling formula in place for use with the Gym Leader castle, but that they cannot apply it to YOUR Pokemon the way later Battle Towers or Battle Revolution do. Obviously less of a problem with the Game Boy tower for power leveling, but it did steer me toward using my Blue Pokemon in Stadium 2 wherever I could because Missingno let me copy TMs so freely. Not entirely of course.
