In the case of Viruses, they probably would take too long. Not to mention most viruses are kinda “designed” so to speak to target certain species so most would do nothing. A virus jumping to a new species is a VERY big deal. As for Parasites, they are pluricellularI don’t think anyone doesn’t classify them as living organisms… even then how would they even infest the Pokemon?
