Highest stats for Gen 9

Since Gen 9 got rid of some Pokémon and forms, these are currently the strongest Pokémon of these category in this gen. (at the moment pre-DLC)

HP: Blissey - 255
Attack: Calyrex Ice Rider - 165
Defense: Avalugg - 184
Speed: Regieleki - 200
Special Attack: Hoopa Unbound - 170
Special Defense: Florges - 154
Total Base Stats: Arceus - 720

What do you think about this list?

I still can't believe that Florges of all things has a BST that's higher than Gholdengo, Volcarona, Ursaluna, Kingambit, and a fucking legendary. I just want to know their thought process behind giving it the same special defense as Lugia

Since she's a fairy type with over 550 stats, I thought it would be a sudo legendaries kind of thing that would repeat every generation. It didn't happen after all. Imagine Tinkaton, Grimmsnarl, Hatterene, with this stat base.

Advantages

That's what make this whole thing worse. It's like they were trying to bring back the whole "Mewtwo is the strongest pokemon" meme back by giving it the highest attack stats for both sides, but failed when even stronger pokemon came out with better abilities and moves.

The Florges line was meant to be a kind of mascot for the Fairy type, but then that just got dropped randomly after XY.

Not sure why they gave up on it, probably the same reason a lot of XY went nowhere.
