There's so little governmental presence in the pokemon games. It's always megacorps and a sports league. Are regions even nations or are they more like states or provinces of larger polities? Is Kanto a separate country from Johto with its own elected officials and laws? What about Unova and Alola? What about Galar and Kalos? The actual politics of pokemon outside of pokemon battling and corps trying to take over/destroy the world or making pokemon products is a total mystery.

Most of the users here are very young/stupid so they respond very aggressively to political posts and it often leads to hilarious results. I also love when the coomer cucks run in and start wailing about how a thread is offtopic or whatever
