Also, having a base 102 speed mon with Pure Power off of base 62 Attack is fucking absurd. Azumarill is considered a premier wallbreaker with a base attack stat of 50 and functionally the same ability.
Power Gem makes no sense either, every Pokemon that gets it either has a reflective body, is a literal rock, or has gemstones/crystals adorning their body. Typhlosion is none of these.

It's Attack stat is high enough for Flame Charge and PuP to still chunk neutral targets despite their low BP, and after a single one of those moves it's snowballing potential is nearly unmatched. It'd just be Mega Kangaskhan 2.0, potentially even better.
